How do I register?

Oncology Professional Care is free to attend for registered healthcare professionals, those who work in the field of oncology in a healthcare capacity, and other relevant decision-makers only. Please note: all registrations are vetted and verified. You can register for your delegate pass online here.

Delegates from commercial companies can purchase a pass for £499+VAT, which will give you access to the event on both days. You can register for your commercial delegate pass here.

Please note: students are not able to attend, to comply with the ABPI Code of Practice.

Why do I need to provide my regulatory body membership number?

Oncology Professional Care is free to attend for registered healthcare professionals, those who work in the field of oncology in a healthcare capacity, and other relevant decision-makers only, in order to comply with the ABPI Code of Practice.

We can ask for your membership number to help us verify that you are a registered healthcare professional. If you do not provide this, your registration may be rejected.

These steps ensure that we comply to the ABPI Code of Practice, which covers the promotion of medicines for prescribing to both registered healthcare professionals and other relevant decision makers.

Help! I am having trouble registering.

Please contact the team on opc@closerstillmedia.com and a member of the team will be happy to help you.

Why has my pass been rejected?

Oncology Professional Care is the UK's leading event for the multi-professional and multi-disciplinary oncology community. We are dedicated to bringing together professionals from all roles within the community to collaborate and improve the complete patient pathway.

As complimentary passes for the event are limited, we have set a maximum capacity of attendance for each role in the multi-disciplinary team. This is to ensure that every role is represented and that we can accommodate as many attendees as possible. Passes will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your pass. If we have already reached the maximum number of registrations for your role, you will be added to a waiting list and we will contact you if a pass becomes available.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I can no longer attend. Can I transfer my pass to a colleague or cancel my pass?

We understand that circumstances may change. If you find that you are no longer able to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. You can do so by emailing opc@closerstillmedia.com. If you are unable to attend, you have the option to transfer your place to a colleague or cancel your pass. Please note that the deadline for cancellations is Tuesday 23rd April. Any cancellations made after this date will incur a £99 fee.
