Registration for the 2023 event is not yet open, but you can register your interest  to be the first to find out once it does.

UK healthcare professionals working within the NHS, private hospitals, hospice, Primary Care Network's, Care Homes, General Practice, ICS, CCG, CSU, military, academic organisations or secure environments are eligible to use an education bursary code to waive the FULL cost to attend Oncology Professional Care. OPC will have the final decision to validate the pass.

If you are from outside the UK or work for a commercial company you will not qualify for free ticket but can purchase passes. Commercial passes are priced at £499+VAT

Your delegate badge will give you access to all areas at Oncology Professional Care if you are a registered healthcare professional.

Please note, commercial companies will be invoiced £499+VAT if they attend the event under a complimentary pass reserved for healthcare professionals. To ensure only healthcare professionals apply for complimentary passes we ask for you to sign a disclaimer agreement at the beginning of the registration form.

Yes. You may transfer your delegate pass up to the day of the event should your work/personal circumstances change and prevent you from attending the event on either day.

Your pass will remain completely fully-subsidised if you attend even for half a day. There is a £99+VAT non-attendance fee should your education bursary code be redeemed and not used.  Click here for further information regarding our cancellation policy.

Yes – the Oncology Professional Care conference programme is CPD certified and you will receive an attendance CPD certificate after the event takes place.

The exhibition is a trade event and the nature of the exhibits during the open period will reflect this, as such it is not a suitable environment for children and minors. Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to admit anyone who is under 18.
