There is a £99+VAT non-attendance fee should your education bursary code be redeemed and not used.
To avoid this fee, please cancel your pass by 23:50 on 31st March 2023.
Please note that even if you can attend for just a few hours on one day, you can still use your ticket there will be NO charge and the non attendance fee will NOT apply. There may not be any tickets left closer to the time, so you may want to keep your pass until the cancellation deadline of 1st March 2023 should anything change and you can attend or a colleague wishes to take your place.
