Samina Hussain is The Radiotherapy Service Manager at the Harley Street Clinic in London, and a Trustee for Sakoon Through Cancer, a breast cancer charity, providing culturally appropriate, tailored support to South Asian women. She has worked in radiotherapy for over two decades and has seen the statistics double from 1 in 4 people being diagnosed with cancer in their lifetimes to 1 in 2, with the numbers of patients from ethnic minority groups increasing and suffering worse outcomes.
