Dr Simcock is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at University Hospitals Sussex Foundation Trust where he treats breast cancer. He is a National Clinical Advisor for Macmillan where he has worked on workforce education, holistic needs assessment, supported self-management, PROMS and care of the older person with cancer. He has been involved in a number of training initiatives to improve communication with people living with cancer, most recently on genomic testing in cancer.
