Natalie started her career in oncology while working in the NHS. After joining LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare in 2017 as a member of the oncology homecare nursing team she played a key part in the management, development and implementation of the first LloydsPharmacy healthcare centre. These out-of-hospital healthcare centres provide nurse-led infusion and injection services to patients in the community and are developed in partnership with NHS Trusts. The healthcare centres have since been recognised and received the prestigious HSJ Partnership Award for Clinical Service Redesign. Since then, Natalie has become the Lead Cancer Nurse at Lloydspharmacy Clinical Homecare where she supports the operational, clinical and commercial teams with delivering the oncology business strategy.
