Meredy Birdi is an oncology dietitian and nutritional therapist with nearly 25 years of clinical experience specialising in the nutritional support and personalised care of people living with and beyond cancer. Meredy gained her experience working in several university teaching hospitals within the NHS and private practices. As one of the few UK healthcare professionals with dual qualifications in dietetics and nutritional therapy, Meredy is passionate about promoting the safe integration of conventional medicine and complementary therapies to improve clinical outcomes and quality of life for people affected by cancer. She provides tailored nutrition support and coaching to bolster patient’s health and wellbeing as they prepare for treatment, progress through treatment, recovery, survivorship, and supportive care. Meredy deeply values her partnerships with cancer charities and proudly serves as the Founder of The Cancer Dietitian.
