Holly Masters
Lived Experience Partner,
CRUK Radnet, City of London
Holly Masters lives in London and was diagnosed with bowel cancer back in 2021 at the age of 23. She had lots of treatment, including chemo-radiotherapy, combined chemo and multiple surgeries. Holly was declared NED in July 2022 but the treatment has continued to impact her life with late effects. She was part of the Radiation Reveal project with CRUK Radnet, and through this she discovered the power of the patient voice. Holly is now a passionate patient advocate, working mostly within the NHS as co-chair of the East of England Cancer Alliances Patient Partnership Group, and has recently been appointed to the National Cancer Programme. She is also an actor and singer.
