Helen Murray has been working for MOVE Charity since November 2018 as a Cancer Rehabilitation Instructor. Helen has helped to develop and grow MOVE Charity's successful online programme, which supports 13-30 year olds around the UK. Helen works 1-1 with young people, helping them to get fitter, stronger and more confident following a cancer diagnosis.
