I am the Operational Manager of the 5k Your Way initiative provided by MOVE Charity. 5k Your Way is a community-based initiative to encourage those living with and beyond cancer, families, friends and those working in cancer services to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at a local parkrun on the last Saturday of every month. I support our ambassadors who volunteer to lead each of our 66 current groups across the UK and Ireland. Our goal is to support and inspire more people to Move Against Cancer. I also work on the education and awareness side of the charity to organise and manage workshops, Q&A sessions, blogs and now a Move Against Cancer Podcast.
