Dr Karen Robb, Programme Lead for Personalised Care and End of Life Care in Cancer, North East London (NEL) Cancer Alliance. Karen is committed to improving access to cancer prehabilitation and rehabilitation across all cancer pathways, and in all settings. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) Council and has been a physio for almost 30 years. She has held clinical, academic, research and strategy roles and is currently overseeing delivery of the personalised cancer care programme across NEL. Karen worked as a consultant physiotherapist at Barts Hospital for 7 years and has a special interest in breast cancer rehabilitation. She has developed and implemented novel approaches to treatment and recovery, and recently co-authored a systematic review examining the evidence for cancer rehabilitation within oncology clinical guidelines. Karen ‘keeps her hand in’ as a physio by teaching for Body Control Pilates.
