David Eldred-Evans is a Specialist Registrar iat Guy's Hospital and an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Imperial College London. He holds a PhD in prostate cancer screening from Imperial College London. David's work has received funding from various charities, including the BMA Foundation, the Urology Foundation, and the Royal College of Surgeons of England
During his PhD, he pioneered the development of a new fast scan for prostate cancer called Prostagram. This innovative scan is modeled after mammograms used in breast cancer screening. David's research focuses on determining whether Prostagram could be offered to men as part of a national screening program. Before his work on Prostagram, David contributed to the award-winning Rapid Access to Prostate Imaging and Diagnosis Pathway.
