Charlotte has a background in medical sciences, having studied Cellular and Molecular Medicine at the University of Bristol. She then gained an MSc in Science Communication, with a particular interest in health literacy and health policy. Her first role in the charity sector was also at Leukaemia Care in 2018, joining as an Advocacy Officer. She now leads the Patient Advocacy team at Leukaemia Care, engaging with multiple stakeholders on the issues facing leukaemia patients and their loved ones and affecting change wherever possible; whether that be on an individual level up to system and policy changes.
