Charlotte Foster
Senior Specialist Dietitian,
Dietetic Information & Nutritional Evidence (DINE)
Nutrition is a cornerstone to good health but it can be challenging to make sense of the overwhelming and often contradictory wealth of information that exists regarding nutrition and cancer. Charlotte is a registered dietitian and nutritionist with a heart to shine light into areas of misinformation which can cause unnecessary fear and restriction in people's diet and is on a mission to restore peoples’ relationships with food.
She has created The Restore Programme, an online digital pack of videos and downloadable materials which takes you through anything and everything you could want to know about nutrition and cancer.
She went to the University of Nottingham, to study BSc (Hons) in Nutrition, and then successfully gained a place to train at the prestigious King’s College London for my MSc in Dietetics, and qualified as a registered dietitian. Over the years, she has worked in several areas of oncology within the NHS and private practice alongside many brave and inspirational people. She has also been fortunate to provide workshops and talks for several cancer charities and understands the need for help and clarity regarding nutrition and cancer.
