I am a former Therapeutic Radiographer with over a decade clinical experience across all aspects of pre-treatment and treatment delivery. I jumped ship during Covid, a move that I been planning for a while, and joined MIS Healthcare Ltd and the newly formed Oncolgy division. It has always been important to me that although we are a private, commercial entity who strive for business development and revenue generation, this should be achieved through a patient centric approach providing second-to-none support for our clinical teams. In my spare time, I attend my second job as a father to two little girls. The working conditions aren't always great and the pay sucks, but the incentivised scheme is what keeps me going.
