This session will provide an overview of the primary care nursing and cancer work programme in London, as part of Transforming Cancer Service's Team (TCST) personalised care and cancer programme . It will provide high lights of recent work with a special focus on the Cancer in the Community Education programme which is a collaboration with Central London Community Health Trust Learning Academy, and funded by Health education England This programme is providing a tailored innovative education programme to community nurses pan London in 2022.
