Support tailored to the individual is recognised as important for improving quality of life and wellbeing for people who have had treatment for breast cancer. This session will focus on the primary breast cancer follow up pathway, what personalised support means in this context, the challenges of delivering this in practice and how charities, such as Breast Cancer Now, can support clinicians in practice to deliver tailored personalised support for their patients.
