In this session, Jayde and Alex will describe limitations of the current radiotherapy pathway, developing the case for online adaptive treatments.  The MR-linac treatment platform will be described and examples of current UK practice that use this cutting-edge system will be given. These new techniques typically require more resources than conventional methods. Ways to increase efficiency and lower this burden will be explored.
