The UKONS SACT Competency Passport has supported thousands of SACT nurses since it launched in 2017, and over the last two years UKONS have been working on digitising the passport. The fully digital version launched on the Compassly app in October 2023, and now has more than a thousand users across over 70 organisations, with hundreds of new users joining each month across the UK.

• A recap of the project and how the Digital SACT Competency Passport works.
• How to make the most of completing and assessing the passport, and the benefits the digital solution brings.
• Lessons learnt from the first phases of the roll-out, and resources to support the roll-out of the digital passport in your organisation.
